Katy Perry is a megastar. But she reveals that when she first moved to L.A., she pretended to be Zooey Deschanel for the perks.
The doppelgangers were on an Instagram Live session when Katy told Zooey the news. She said, "I had no money, I had no clout. I had nothing, and sometimes I would pose as you to get into the club."
Zooey responded and said, "Well, I know this." She then explained that people would always say they saw her out when it wasn't really her.
Katy jokingly added during the call, "It's like looking in a mirror."
