Whole Foods Is Cutting Employees Break Time From 15 Minutes To 10

Whole Food is making several changes to employee benefits, including dropping paid breaks from 15 to ten minutes.

This change will result in employees working longer hours for the same amount of money.

They will also require a mandatory 30-minute unpaid break if an employee works over a certain amount of hours.

Whole Foods has implemented other changes: having a stricter dress code, ending hazard pay during the pandemic, and cutting healthcare benefits if you are a part-time employee?

Do you think employees should have longer paid breaks? Does your company allow breaks while on the clock?
